How do I place my order?

All Celebrants Club tickets must be purchased online. Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, October 25th at 10AM local venue time (with the exception of Madison, WI which will be on sale at 11AM local venue time), and will not require a password or code to purchase, except for Iowa City, IA and Groton, MA. After you click the “Celebrants Club” button for your desired date, city and venue, you will be directed to our ticketing partners to make and finalize your order.

Do Celebrants Club tickets have an age restriction?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket during checkout for the Celebrants Club package?

Guests will have the opportunity to select either premium reserved seat or general admission ticket depending on the venue.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets with no seats assigned to them. Celebrants Club tickets include early entry to the venue (where available) which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your premium reserved seat prior to completing your order.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my Celebrants Club tickets for the show?

Celebrants Club purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

When will I receive information about VIP check-in?

More information and further instructions including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email address used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 

How will I receive my merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

Is the Celebrants Club pre-show a Meet & Greet?

No, the Celebrants Club pre-show is NOT a Meet & Greet; therefore, you will not be permitted to bring in personal items to be signed by the band. If you arrive with such items, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle or have them held at the VIP check-in table until after the Q&A pre-show is complete. We appreciate your cooperation here!

Is parking included in the Celebrants Club package?

Celebrants Club packages do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is a six (6) ticket limit for VIP packages.

Can I acquire accessible seating as part of the Celebrants Club program?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on each venue’s policies. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of your purchase, please reach out to us at [email protected] immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include the purchaser’s name, show date and venue, order number, and specific accessibility request when emailing us.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a Celebrants Club package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the venue’s website where you plan to or have purchased tickets.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Celebrants Club package?

All 100x Celebrants Club packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Can I use my 100x package for a promotional giveaway?

No. Please see our Purchase Policy for more details.
